Here at Montero’s Restaurant, we want to make sure that we have something for everyone! We believe this so much that we have a specialized vegan and vegetarian menu that carries over to our catering side as well. Dishes like our Sesame Ginger Noodle Salad (seen above) have become so popular with vegans, vegetarians, and omnivores alike!
We have a chef, Sondra, that has dedicated herself to this amazing menu, and it brings people from all over North Carolina and Virginia! Sondra has created fantastic dishes like our Linguini and “Meatballs”, and Sweet Potato, Spinach, and Chick Pea Curry. Our menu gets even more extensive beyond that!
Montero’s has things like vegetable lumpia, spinach & wild mushroom penne, pasta primavera, baja black bean cakes, charred tomato couscous – and we even have vegan frozen strawberry coconut cheesecake for dessert!
If you’ve got special dietary needs, we’re all about accommodating them if we can. Whether you’re gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, or have some other restriction, we’d love to talk to you about what it is that you’re looking for in a restaurant menu.
